Video Streaming Instructions

Westwood Racquet Club is equipped with on-court cameras providing continuous streaming capability for online viewers. Below are the instructions to install and setup the streaming application on your mobile device.

Install the app on your mobile device

Setup video streams for courts 1-4

Step 1

Touch (+) at the top right of the app and choose the "SN/Scan" option

Courts 1 4

Step 2

Use your phone camera to scan the QR code. It should display:

Device SN 4A0317APAZ5E44E

If it shows a different SN, go back and try again!

Step 3

Press "Next" and choose "NVR" from the list of device types

Step 4

Type "Westwood Courts 1-4" as the Device Name

  • Username: westwood
  • Password: westwood1

Step 5

Select "Save" at the top right. The app will automatically connect and show you the streams for courts 1-4.

Setup video streams for courts 5-7

Step 1

Touch the back arrow at the top left to go back to the app dashboard and touch the (+) at the top right of the app.

Step 2

Use your phone camera to scan the QR code. It should display:

Device SN 4A0317APAZ0E467

If it shows a different SN, go back and try again!

Step 3

Press "Next" and choose "NVR" from the list of device types

Step 4

Type "Westwood Courts 5-7" as the Device Name

  • Username: westwood
  • Password: westwood1

Step 5

Select "Save" at the top right. The app will automatically connect and show you the streams for courts 5-7.
